Satays are the most convenient on the go snack that's not only super tasty but filing too! The marination process of a satay is important as this is where the ultimate flavor is infused. Add our Turmeric Sriracha to add the perfect Thai chili twist to your traditional satays.

Step 1

Prepare the Marinade In a bowl, combine the coconut milk, soy sauce, fish sauce, brown sugar, Crying Thaiger Turmeric Sriracha, minced garlic, minced ginger, and ground coriander. Mix well.

Step 2

Marinate the chicken. Add the chicken strips to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to overnight for better flavor.

Step 3

Skewer the Chicken. Thread the marinated chicken strips onto the soaked wooden skewers.

Step 4

Cook the Satay. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grates to prevent sticking. Grill the skewered chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and nicely roasted.
