Step 1

Toast the bread slices in a toaster or on a skillet until golden brown and crispy.

Prepare the Avocado. While the bread is toasting, cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl. Mash the avocado with a fork until you reach your desired consistency (smooth or chunky).
