Thai dumplings: a Sriracha twist

Dim sum is a traditional Chinese dish that has attracted millions around the world. Its soft texture and aromatic smell of fresh herbs, combined with our Crying Thaiger Sriracha, is simply a match made in heaven. With the perfect marination and juicy flavors, this dish is sure to make your mouth water! Enjoy the taste of Sriracha Dim sum.

Step 1

Cook the dumplings. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add the dumplings in a single layer and cook until the bottoms are golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.

Step 2

Add 1/4 cup of water to the skillet, cover, and steam the dumplings for 4-5 minutes or until the water has evaporated and the dumplings are cooked through.

Step 3

Prepare the sauce. In a small bowl, combine the Crying Thaiger Teriyaki Sriracha sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Mix well.

Step 4

Combine and serve. Once the dumplings are cooked, pour the sauce over the dumplings in the skillet. Toss gently to coat the dumplings evenly. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.

Step 5

Garnish and enjoy. Transfer the dumplings to a serving plate. Sprinkle with chopped green onions and sesame seeds Sriracha.

  • 2 tablespoons Crying Thaiger Teriyaki Sriracha  
  • 2 tablespoons Crying Thaiger Sweet Chili Sriracha
  • 20 pre-made dumplings (pork, chicken, or vegetable)
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish
