Dim sum is a traditional Chinese dish that has attracted millions around the world. Cook the dumplings. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add the dumplings in a single layer and cook until the bottoms are golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
Add 1/4 cup of water to the skillet, cover, and steam the dumplings for 4-5 minutes or until the water has evaporated and the dumplings are cooked through.
Prepare the sauce. In a small bowl, combine the Crying Thaiger Teriyaki Sriracha sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Mix well.
Combine and serve. Once the dumplings are cooked, pour the sauce over the dumplings in the skillet. Toss gently to coat the dumplings evenly. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.
