Flaming hot Crying Thaiger cheeseburger

No chili burger is complete without ketchup, so why not add a sauce that gives you both? Take your burgers to the next level and create a juicy, flaming hot cheeseburger by adding our Sriracha Ketchup. This is a showstopper for parties, lunchtime, and BBQ days. Look forward to snack time with this quick and easy recipe. Let's get saucy!

Step 1

Heat a pan or grill over medium-high heat and add the olive oil. Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare or adjust the time according to your preferred doneness. During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty to melt.

Step 2

Lightly toast the hamburger buns on the skillet or grill for about 1 minute, until they are golden and slightly crispy.

Step 3

Spread a generous amount of Crying Thaiger Sauce on the bottom half of each bun. Place the lettuce leaf on the bottom bun, followed by the cheese-topped burger patty. Add a slice of tomato and some red onion rings on top of the patty.

Step 4

Finish with an extra dollop of Crying Thaiger Sauce if desired and place the top half of the bun on the burger.

Step 5

Serve the burgers immediately with your favorite side dishes. Enjoy!
